What an incredible experience! My friend and I came in for dinner after our original plans fell through, and I'm so glad things worked out this way. This meal was unforgettable! We started with two appetizers: * Stone Crab: Fresh, sweet, and perfect on its own I didn't even need the mustard sauce. * Octopus (Pulpo): So flavorful and tender absolutely delicious. For our entrées, we tried: * Black Chilean Sea Bass with truffled yuca mousse and port foie grad, bursting with flavor. * Whole Snapper (a special that evening): Perfectly seasoned and really good I also had a drink (the name escapes me), it had Lychee, so they had me there;) The service was really good, I would've given it 5 stars also if we didn't feel a bit rushed at the end. They were probably getting busy and wanted the table at that point. I'm already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend this spot for an exceptional dining experience!

First time checking out this restaurant and I was actually dying to go for a few months. Finally got the opportunity to go and decided to try to some of the appetizers just to get a feel of the restaurant. One thing I'm gonna say is that their service is top-notch, very nice people and they definitely had a whole conversation with me at the bar. They explained everything that they could. And I can't lie. The taste was pretty good, even though they brought out one of my menu items late. They took it off the bill. Very classy and professional, I would definitely come back here to try the main entree on another time when I feel for eating a bigger portion.

We dined in and had a five star experience. The restaurant is easy to find and there is ample parking because it is in a large shopping center for mixed use. I would recommend a reservation when coming here. The restaurant is chic and stylish. Our waiter was very friendlanand helpful. The menu looked like there wasn't a lot of gluten-free options, but I was very wrong about that. They have an imoressive amount of gluten-free options and they have a dedicated fryer for gluten-free fried foods like the yucca fries and they shrimp starter dish. Let me start by saying EVERYTHING we had was a 5/5. The shrimp starter though was fantastic and I would highly recommend it. It has delicious fried rock shrimp with an aioli and it is just amazing. The Puerto RicRican rice and beans as a side is also an item I would highly recommend. Each main dish is prepared and presented with care and attention to detail. I had the seared tuna and it was the best I have had to date. I can not wait to return!

Chayote has quickly become one of my absolute favorite upscale restaurants! The quality of both the food and service is unmatched, and it's consistently an incredible dining experience. The ambiance is just as charming - it's the perfect spot to dress up and enjoy a drink or a delicious dinner. The food never disappoints! Their happy hour is a must-try, running Monday through Thursday from 4-6 pm. You can get all 4 of their appetizers on the happy hour menu for just $32, which is the perfect amount to share with friends. Every dish is a winner, but the tuna tartare is a standout. If you're a fan of ahi tuna, you have to try it. Another favorite of mine were the croquetas. They put a unique twist on it, and they were absolutely delicious! Honestly, you can't go wrong with anything on the menu here. Whether you're there for a casual drink or a special occasion dinner, Chayote never disappoints. Highly recommend!

Yooooo walking into this dimly lit and beautiful restaurant is an instant game changer. It's sexy and fun and the food hits every time. The food is high quality, uniquely favored,, light but filling, elevated, and one of a kind. Perfect for date nights, impressive the relatives, and a restaurant you'll go back to time and time again

I went for magical dining and they did not disappoint! The food was amazing, and service very fast and friendly. The vibe was classy yet casual, the perfect for date night or girls night out. Note that if you're those people who like to hang around and talk after the meal, you may be asked to leave the table so they can fulfill the next reserved table, but the manager was kind enough to seat us at the lounge area and give us complimentary drink for having to kick us out of the table, understandable. I'll be back to the their regular menu!
